Payment Platform

Because our payment platform Acuity/Square does not allow us to calculate taxes and fees at checkout your total at checkout will not reflect the 15% added on for taxes and fees at your final payment.

Deposits

A non-refundable $200 deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance will be charged or invoiced two weeks prior to your event date. If a Special Events permit is required, the permit fee must be paid at booking and is also non-refundable.

Weather

In the event of unsafe weather conditions, including high winds, heavy rain, or burn restrictions, Ember 30A may need to reschedule or cancel your bonfire. We will make every effort to accommodate weather-related changes whenever possible.

Rescheduling

If you need to move your bonfire date after a permit has been obtained, a $175 rescheduling fee will apply to cover the cost of obtaining a new county beach permit. Rescheduled dates are subject to Ember 30A availability and permit approval, and cannot be guaranteed due to limited availability.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your bonfire, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review available options. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event date are non-refundable.

Permits

All bonfires are dependent on county approval, permits, and applicable regulations. Your package includes the cost of one beach bonfire permit. Permits are limited, non-refundable, and cannot be transferred to another date or reservation. If a permit cannot be issued, is canceled, or becomes restricted due to county rules, weather conditions, environmental concerns, or emergency orders, Ember 30A may need to reschedule or cancel the event. Permits are typically secured two weeks before your scheduled date to reserve your requested location.

Beach Regulations

To protect our guests, wildlife, and the beach environment, glass items and balloons are not permitted.

Pets are welcome only with a valid Walton County Beach Permit tag and required proof of vaccinations. Guests must obtain the proper permit before arriving. Pets without the required tag will not be allowed at the bonfire.

Safety & Guest Responsibility

Guests assume all responsibility for personal injury, as well as lost, damaged, or stolen belongings. The customer is responsible for the actions of their guests and ensuring all beach rules and regulations are followed.

Fire can be dangerous and must be treated with caution. Please maintain a safe distance from the flames, avoid loose clothing near the fire, and do not place any items into the fire. Children must be supervised at all times, and guests under 18 must remain with a responsible adult throughout the event.

Gratuity

Gratuity for your bonfire attendant is always appreciated and helps recognize their service. All gratuity goes into the pockets of your beach attendant

Holidays

For safety, beach bonfires are not permitted on July 4th, December 31st, or January 1st. Ember 30A is also closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day
